What do you love most about working at Bloom?
I love the family atmosphere at Bloom. This feeling extends to both the professional team and clients. Everything we do is through the lens of, “how would I handle this situation for a member of my own family?”

When is a time you felt you made a meaningful difference for a client?
One of my favorite parts of the job is that I get to make a meaningful difference every day for our clients. My son plays football as an offensive lineman and so I often think about my job in football terms. As a member of the client services team, I am on the front line for our clients. I work every day to remove obstacles and pave the way for them to meet their financial goals, just like the offensive line would do. I take great pride in doing that work.

What did you do before you joined Bloom?
I was a Senior Hedge Fund Accountant at Bank of New York Mellon and I worked at Charles Schwab from 1997-2003.
